3. Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Return Policy
At LUXENAILS, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the custom and personal nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept exchanges. however, we will accept returns for products that are damaged during delivery. to qualify for a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing ksquareluxenails@gmail.com including your order number and photos of the damage.
2. Inspection: We will review the damage and confirm eligibility for a return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
3. Return Process: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Returning shipping costs will be covered by LUXENAILS, and we will issue a full refund or replacement once the damaged product is received and inspected.
Please note that returns are not accepted for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with design. We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before purchasing.
